Dusten Mullen sues Phoenix amid controversy

Dusten Mullen, a Phoenix Police sergeant who has been placed on leave following controversy surrounding his alleged off-duty behavior during an anti-ICE protest in Chandler, is suing the City of Phoenix, the city’s police chief, and a Phoenix city councilwoman.
