Man in extremely critical condition after south Phoenix shooting

PHOENIX — A man was taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition following a south Phoenix shooting, according to Phoenix police. 

The shooting happened around 9 a.m. near Interstate 17 and 2nd Avenue. 

Police said “the source or suspect was not known.” Detectives are currently investigation the scene.
