We are on Alert this weekend for Extreme Heat on Monday | News

STORMTRACKER 4 Alert – A StormTracker 4 Alert Day has been issued for Monday due to an Extreme Heat Warning in Southern Arizona.

Temperatures will be hot this weekend under mostly sunny skies! Highs will increase daily, reaching 105 Saturday and 108 on Sunday. Overnight lows will be in the 70s.

The Extreme Heat Warning will begin Monday at 10 am and stretch through 8 pm Monday night. The mercury will climb between 108 – 111 along our forecast area. This is deadly heat! Avoid outside activity from 10am – 6pm, drink plenty of water and wear loose fitting light color clothing.

Rain chances are taking a break this weekend before big changes next week. A pattern change brings us better chances for storms and cooler temperatures, just in time for Independence Day!
