Artist Ignacio Garcia works Wednesday on a temporary art installation at Johnny Gibson’s Downtown Market, 11 S. 6th Ave, which is undergoing renovations. Garcia said he plans portraits of animals and people that will be sold once the location reopens later this year as a food hall and market.
