TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) – The Friends of Pima Animal Care Center (PACC) and iHeartMedia Tucson are teaming up again for the second annual Friends of PACC Radiothon, presented by Rancho Sahuarita, to help save vulnerable animals.

Set for Sept. 12, the Radiothon will be broadcast from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on iHeartMedia stations including 92.9 The Bull, 93.7 KRQ, Hot 98.3, and MEGA 97.1. It will also be available online and on the iHeartRadio app.

“We are grateful to iHeartMedia Tucson and Rancho Sahuarita for making animal lifesaving a priority,” said Torre Chisholm, CEO of Friends of PACC.

Listeners can support the cause by visiting friendsofpacc.org and have a chance to win prizes from Casino Del Sol, Amie’s Quality Cleaning and the Friends Pet Clinic.

“iHeartMedia Tucson is honored to partner for a second year with an organization as remarkable as PACC,” said Steve Earnhart, Southwest Area President for iHeartMedia.

The event aims to raise $50,000 to support PACC’s programs and inspire new supporters to join the Lifesaving League of monthly donors.
