StormTracker 4 Alert Day: Red Flag Warning Tomorrow | Alerts

TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) – A StormTracker 4 Alert Day has been issued for Sunday due to dangerous fire weather conditions across Southern Arizona.

A Red Flag Warning will be in effect from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday for portions of Pima and Pinal Counties and all of Cochise, Santa Cruz, Graham and Greenlee Counties. Low humidity combined with wind gusts up to 40 mph will create conditions where fires can spread rapidly.  This warning does include metro Tucson.

The StormTracker 4 Alert Day will expire after 8 p.m. Sunday but could be extended if winds persist.
