RV fire in midtown Saturday morning | Top Stories



TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) – Tucson Fire responded to an RV fire in midtown early Saturday morning.

TPD responded to the blaze early Saturday morning, which involved an RV in the 800 block of East Lester Street.

Engine 5 arrived at 5:29 a.m. to find heavy smoke and an RV engulfed in flames. The fire had spread to nearby power poles and two sheds.

Firefighters brought the fire under control by 5:53 a.m., preventing it from reaching the nearby home.

Thankfully, no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
