TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) —The City of Tucson officially opened a new affordable housing apartment complex.
The Milagro on Oracle apartments is located on north Stone Avenue, where the iconic No-Tel motel used to be.
It has 66-bedroom units featuring a playground and multi-purpose rooms.
The apartments were funded by a 2.5-million-dollar grant from the Arizona Department of Housing.
