Join us to make the most of the 2026 Tucson Festival of Books


The Tucson Festival of Books returns March 14–15 to the University of Arizona campus. One of the largest nonprofit book festivals in the country, this free event brings together nearly 500 authors and draws more than 130,000 book lovers each year.

Want to make the most of it? Join us for Navigating the Tucson Festival of Books on Monday, March 9, at 6 p.m. at the Marshall Conference Center at Tucson Medical Center, 5301 E. Grant Road. 

This free, one-hour session covers everything you need to know:

• What’s new this year

• Advice for first timers and returning fans

• How to use the festival app

• Last-minute volunteer opportunities

The Marshall Conference Center is on the east side of TMC, facing Craycroft Road. Free parking is available in the Catalina Garage, just north of the main building.

The Arizona Daily Star and the University of Arizona are the named sponsors, with TMC Health the presenting sponsor of the festival. Since 2009, the festival has contributed more than $2.5 million to Southern Arizona literacy programs.
