Expect delays on Silverbell Road as Marana water line work begins | Local News

MARANA, Ariz. (KVOA) – Desert Earth Contracting, working with Mattamy Homes, is set to begin installing water lines across Silverbell Road, approximately a quarter mile south of Ina Road. This project will commence on Monday, June 16, 2025, and is expected to conclude on Monday, July 7, 2025.

Construction will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and drivers should anticipate lane shifts and reduced speed limits. This work is part of the development for the new Silverbell Ridge residential subdivision.

Travelers are advised to adhere to traffic control devices, flagging personnel, and detour signs for their safety and that of the workers. The construction may lead to increased travel times and potential congestion, so planning alternate routes is recommended.
