Wednesday, March 19: Ward 3 Tucson City Councilmember Kevin Dahl, who is facing a primary challenge from TUSD Boardmember Sadie Shaw, hosts a kickoff party for his reelection campaign. 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Brother John’s Beer, Bourbon and BBQ, 1801 N. Stone Ave.

Friday, March 28:Tucson Sentinel government and political impact reporter Jim Nintzel joins host Bill Buckmaster to interview Arizona Sen. Vince Leach. The Buckmaster show airs at noon on KVOI, 1030 AM.

Tuesday, March 25: Rosary for the late U.S. Rep. Raul Grijalva, St. John’s Catholic Church, 602 W. Ajo Way, 4 – 5:30 p.m.

Wednesday, March 26: Grijalva’s funeral mass. 10 a.m. at St. Augustine Cathedral, 192 S. Stone Ave., followed by a Celebration of Life at El Casino Ballroom, 437 E. 26th, 2 – 6 p.m.
