STORMTRACKER 4 FORECAST — Rain chances and cooler temperatures return to southern Arizona Tuesday.
A storm system will move through the region, bringing valley rain and mountain snow Tuesday night through Thursday morning. Wednesday will be the best day for rain.
As of now, rain totals look to be between 0.01″ and 0.15″ during those days. No thunderstorms or snow is expected for Tucson.
Mountain snow is in the forecast, but it won’t be enough to stick for more than a day or two.
Due to the weakness of the low, many areas may just see cloud cover and miss out on the rain entirely.
Once the upper level low exits our area, we will be dominated by a ridge of high pressure that will allow temperatures to become unseasonably warm through next week.
