Arizona DPS Trooper injured in Nogales shooting | News








NOGALES, Ariz. – (KVOA) An Arizona Department of Public Safety Trooper was injured in a shooting Sunday morning in Downtown Nogales. 

According to a spokesman with AZDPS, the shooting happened just after 11 a.m. near Western Ave. and Grand Ave. 

According to AZDPS, the trooper sustained a non-life threatening injury. He was taken to a nearby hospital and released. 

AZDPS confirms the suspect is in custody. Stay with News 4 Tucson for updates.
