Ingredients
one dozen eggs
Relish
Pepper
Salt
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Paprika
Directions
Boil eggs in water for 20 minutes.
Chill and peel eggs.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and take out the yolk.
Mash egg yolks in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and relish.
Fill sliced half egg white with egg yolk filling using a spoon and sprinkle paprika on top of each filled egg.
Place in the refrigerator or serve right away.
