The Lovin’ Life After 50 Expo is returning to the Double Tree Resort Reid Park from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, with exhibitors ready to talk about tour and travel, retirement living, health care, financial matters, leisure and more. 

The Tucson event is part of Lovin’ Life After 50’s cadre of events, which are Arizona’s longest-running expos for the after-50 market.

“The Tucson Lovin’ Life After 50 Expo is still the most well-attended event for those over 50 to enjoy in all of Arizona,” said publisher Steve Strickbine. 

Don’t miss this great opportunity to meet new friends, network with peers and build new relationships. There will also be raffle prize giveaways, live entertainment and a $100 cash prize each hour.

Entertainment includes Age of Aquarius, featuring longtime musician Keenan Perry. A native of Chicago’s south side, Perry started playing in rock clubs at the age of 17. After recording bass tracks for numerous bands, Perry turned to commercial jingles for clients such as Marriott Hotels, McDonald’s and the Transit Authority. 

“I call it the Age of Aquarius because it covers music from 1950s to 1974,” said Perry. “I don’t do anything past there. That’s a wonderful span of music. There are so many different types and expressions. Performing at retirement communities has been great.”

Seniors can visit vendors with information about tours and travel; retirement living; leisure; health care; finance; home repair; education; and casinos. 

Strickbine is proud of the variety of vendors, including Verizon, Nova Home Loans, Pain Institute of Southern Arizona, Tucson Medical Center, Tucson Orthopedic Institute, Visiting Angels-Tucson, Pima Council on Aging and Arizona Daily Star.
