MOST ACCURATE FORECAST: Warming up again across Arizona!

Winds are dying down tonight as our latest storm system heads east.

Temperatures will be back on rise heading into the weekend before the next storm system we’re tracking moves in.

Phoenix will warm into the mid 90s Friday and Saturday with overnight lows in the mid to upper 60s.

Winds will start to increase again on Saturday, and by Sunday gusts could approach 45 mph across parts of the high country. That will lead to increase wildfire danger across Arizona, particularly in the White Mountains where the Greer Fire is burning.

Here in the Valley, expect mostly sunny skies and breezy winds Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Gusts will approach 25 to 30 mph by Sunday afternoon.

Temperatures will drop nearly 10 degrees on Sunday too as that next storm system moves in.

We could also see some rain in parts of our state, especially for areas north of I-40. Stay tuned for updates as we get closer.
