Shelters team up to help 18 dogs in rescue effort



A group of 18 dogs, known as the “Guadalupe 18,” was rescued after their owner became overwhelmed and could no longer provide adequate care. FOX 10’s Steve Nielsen learns how Heidi’s Village teamed up with other shelters to get the dogs ready for adoption.
