MCSO: Animal neglect under investigation in New River

Two severely malnourished horses were found by deputies executing a search warrant for animal neglect near 22nd Street and East Joy Ranch Road. The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office said investigators are working to ensure justice is served in the case.
