Family files legal claim against Phoenix PD over deadly shooting

The family of a 58-year-old man fatally shot by police in October filed a legal claim against the Phoenix Police Department. Victor Altamirano was shot by officers near 7th Street and Southern Avenue after they reported he ran toward them with a knife.
