GLENDALE, Ariz. — Three people were injured after a Saturday morning crash in Glendale that involved an intoxicated driver, according to police.
The crash involved two vehicles, one of which was being driven by a woman under the influence, the Glendale Police Department said in a release.
The woman was driving southbound on 61st Avenue when she ran a stop sign at Maryland Avenue, according to the release. This led to a crash with the second vehicle, which was reportedly going westbound.
The impact of the collision sent the second vehicle into a backyard in the area, police said.
