2 suspects linked Valley credit card thefts at gyms

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Scottsdale police are investigating a series of gym burglaries in which wallets and credit cards have been stolen.

Police have identified two suspects involved in the thefts.

Police said the suspects involved have allegedly gone to several gyms and broken into lockers to steal the wallets and other valuables.

The suspects then go on spending sprees at stores with the stolen cards.

“In total, there are thousands of dollars’ worth of fraudulent credit card purchases with the victims’ cards, and over ten cases involving the same two suspects,” police said.

The suspects have been seen driving a white Mercedes-Benz with no license plate.
