Wooden Wisdom: Elijah Wood and Zach Cowie playing Phoenix set

PHOENIX — Turns out, Phoenix and Middle Earth aren’t that far apart.

Elijah Wood may be best known for playing Frodo in “The Lord of the Rings,” but he’s also been killing it on stage with fellow actor Zach Cowie as the DJ duo Wooden Wisdom.

And they’re going to be playing a set right here in the Valley after Phoenix Fan Fusion next month!

The all-vinyl duo draws from nearly every style, genre and era of music with an emphasis on making an upbeat and chill sound that guarantees a good evening.

They’re playing Saturday, June 7 from 8 p.m. until 2 a.m. at the Stadium Sports Bar and Lounge, 50 W Jefferson St STE 280, Phoenix, AZ 85003.
