Dink and Dine Pickle Park: A New Entertainment Hub | Local Business

A new 72,000-square-foot entertainment venue at Mesa Riverview is blending pickleball, dining and live events under one roof.

Dink and Dine Pickle Park combines 13 pickleball courts with chef-driven menus, live music and event-ready spaces. The facility includes 10 indoor and three outdoor courts designed with cushioned surfaces, advanced LED lighting and video technology for casual games or competitive tournaments. A showcase stadium court is the centerpiece of the park, built to host championship-level play.

“We set out to build something that didn’t exist in the market—a place where world-class play meets hospitality, community and entertainment,” said Ken Gerdau, co-founder of Dink and Dine.

Beyond the courts, the venue features multiple food concepts led by experienced culinary professionals, offering everything from small plates to post-game meals. A rotating menu of seasonal dishes and specialty drinks is also planned.

The site is designed as much for gathering as for competition, with private event rooms, shaded patios, a pet-friendly park and a clubhouse with its own courts and lounge. Fire pits, outdoor games and live entertainment will add to the atmosphere.

Dink and Dine has partnered with Selkirk, a leading pickleball equipment brand, to provide paddles, gear and support for players.

The park will operate daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Programming, tournaments and expanded dining options are expected to roll out in phases through the fall.
