Deputies find 13 dogs in filthy RV as search for owner continues

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office deputies located an RV belonging to Gina Steffes, finding three adult dogs and 10 puppies living in “filthy conditions” inside. The animals were seized and taken to a veterinarian for medical evaluations.
