Man arrested following Phoenix barricade situation

A suspect is in custody following a barricade incident near 33rd Avenue and Osborn. Police say DPS troopers tried pulling over the suspect near downtown Phoenix, but the suspect would not stop. The suspect then barricaded himself inside a building before being taken into custody. The suspect was not identified.
