Councilman calls for ban of off-duty, masked cop armed at student ICE protest

Sgt. Dusten Mullen arrived at an anti-ICE protest organized by students and parents in Chandler with a loaded gun. He allegedly showed up with a goal of provoking the protesters to assault him so they could be arrested. Chandler Councilman OD Harris is calling for the sergeant to be banned from the city, fired from Phoenix PD, and to never have a career as an officer again.
