One person dead after mobile home fire near Main Street and Extension Road

MESA, AZ — One person is dead after a mobile home fire in Mesa Wednesday afternoon.

Fire officials say it happened just after 3:30 p.m. near Main Street and Extension Road.

Officials say one person was found dead inside the home.

It is unknown what led to the fire and if there are any other injuries.

The fire remains under investigation.

According to fire officials, this is the second mobile home fire this week.
