Volunteers in Tucson help fill heat-relief bags

Heat relief kits that include items like like food, water, sunscreen, liquid IV, lip balm and women’s health products will be distributed across the city as temperatures rise.

The kits are the result of a partnership between Tucson’s climate action team and the county’s health department.

Volunteers spent Tuesday morning assembling the items.
