Arrest made in Arizona tied to 1991 cold case murder

A breakthrough in a 34-year-old California cold case led to the arrest of a man living in Bullhead City, Arizona. James Lawhead Jr. was arrested in connection to the kidnapping and murder of 35-year-old Cindy Wanner in 1991. FOX 10’s Nicole Krasean learns how the break in the case is giving her loved ones a chance at justice.
