Kids at Gospel Mission receive new shoes from local store | News

TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) – A local shoe store is making a difference for kids at the Gospel Rescue Mission in Tucson.

Foot Solutions Tucson hosted a special shoe fitting event for children living at the mission. Kids had the opportunity to pick out a new pair of shoes and get properly sized.

“There are thousands and thousands of pairs of shoes sitting in people’s closets that are perfectly usable, they’re just not using them so we encourage people to bring them to us so we can get them out to people,” Foot Solutions Tucson said.

Foot Solutions Tucson mentioned that there is still time for the community to contribute to the cause.
