Tap & Bottle, the brainchild of Rebecca and Scott Safford, opened its doors to Tucson in 2013. Since then, the once small business has grown its proverbial branches into all parts of the city, offering a dedicated space for community and craft beverages to coexist. Initially starting as just the sole Tap & Bottle location, the Saffords have opened a Tap & Bottle North, Westbound and Sunshine Wine — the latter of the three equipped with the brand’s first kitchen and food menu, headed by Chef Wyatt Carrizosa.

The “new kid on the block” Sunshine Wine offers the same, curated drink menu as its predecessors, but is the first to offer a fully operational kitchen.
