Two people were killed and a third is hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after they were struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run crash Thursday night near the University of Arizona campus, Tucson police say.
The crash occurred about 11 p.m. on North Euclid Avenue at East Second Street, near East University Boulevard.
The driver fled after the wreck.
No details had been provided about the deadly crash Friday morning.
