Angel Charity hosts Halo for Hire event | Local News

TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) – Angel Charity for Children is gearing up to award grants to nonprofits serving children in Pima County in 2026. Eligible nonprofits are urged to attend the upcoming Halo for Hire Grant Orientation to learn about the application process.

The orientation session, set for Tuesday, October 14, will provide attendees the chance to meet the 2026 Angel Charity for Children leadership team. Participants will also gain insights into the beneficiary selection criteria, review eligibility requirements, and learn about the grant timeline.

Any agency in Pima County that serves children under 18 and has maintained a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status for at least three years is eligible to apply.

Sign-in for the event begins at 9 a.m., followed by the program from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., and a Q&A session from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Nonprofits can apply for funding by visiting the Angel Charity for Children website.
