TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) – The 14th Annual Vamos a Tucson Mexican Baseball Fiesta is kicking off Thursday at Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium.
This event runs through October 5 and organizers promise a lineup of thrilling baseball action.
Starting Thursday, the University of Arizona Wildcats will face off against the Obregon baseball team in an exhibition game.
Throughout the weekend, fans can look forward to doubleheaders featuring various Mexican Baseball League teams.
In addition to baseball, attendees can enjoy food and live music.
This event marks the Tucson baseball team’s first official outing on the field, bringing baseball fans together for a celebration of the sport.
