Road to Omaha: Arizona begins Super Regionals against North Carolina | News

TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) – Arizona Baseball continues its road to Omaha in the Super Regionals.

The Wildcats will play North Carolina in a best-of-three series starting Friday in Chapel Hill.

If the U of A wins the series, it’ll advance to the College World Series for the first time since 2021 and first time under Chip Hale.

The Wildcats advanced to the Super Regionals after sweeping the Eugene Regional. That included a 14-0 shutout win over Cal Poly in the regional final.

KVOA will have the latest at noon, 4 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.
