TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) — An investigation is now underway into a fire at an auto yard on the southside of town at Wyoming Street and Swan Road.
Pima County Sheriff’s Deputies responded along with fire crews from Rural Metro, Tucson Fire and Drexel Heights Fire.
Luckily there were no injuries, but there was extensive property damage. According to PCSD, at least six or seven structures and more than 15 vehicles burned.
An official cause hasn’t been determined, but the owner of the auto shop says it started as a brush fire and spread.
