Four new restaurants, including the second location of the popular Scottsdale eatery Cala, will join the growing lineup of restaurants on the 100-acre redevelopment of the former Paradise Valley Mall. In addition to the Mediterranean restaurant, diners will have Gilbert bakery Too Sweet Cakes, Dallas-born Velvet Taco and the upscale Indianapolis grill Harry & Izzy’s to choose from in 2026…
