Tyron McAlpin sues city of Phoenix after incident seen on body cam

We have an update on an incident caught on camera that showed a deaf man, Tyron McAlpin, being punched by Phoenix Police officers in August. He and his lawyer are filing a lawsuit against the city. Officers approached him, but he could not hear their commands.
