Woman’s Arizona cold case solved years later

An Arizona cold case was solved, and years later, the victim is hoping to use new technology to help others. In 2003, Ashley Spence was in her freshman year at ASU when someone broke into her apartment and sexually assaulted her. Years later, her case was linked to a convicted serial killer.
