Deadly tornadoes across Southeast U.S.

At least three people were killed in Texas, North Carolina and Mississippi amid deadly tornadoes in the southern United States. About 40 tornadoes were reported from southeastern Texas to Alabama. The storms affected holiday travel, with thousands of flights either delayed or canceled.
