Shooting, crash investigation at Arizona Mills

A person was found with gunshot wounds inside a crashed car at Arizona Mills, Tempe Police said. The victim is believed to have non-life-threatening injuries.

TEMPE, Ariz. – A shooting and a crash is under investigation at Arizona Mills.

Tempe Police say a car crashed at the mall on Friday morning.

Once at the scene, officers learned that a person inside the car had gunshot wounds. That person was taken to a hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators say it’s unknown who shot the victim.
