STORMTRACKER 4 FORECAST — Southern Arizona’s temperatures will continue to drop over the next few days before a bigger cool down arrives next week.
A closed low has arrived to our forecast area, bringing slight cooling for the end of our work week.
The low will also bring us breezy conditions on Friday with wind gusts around 25 mph especially for higher elevations.
Despite the cooler afternoon highs, overnight and early morning lows will be in the mid-40s.
We will see a slow return to the 60’s for highs by next week.
Overnight lows have potential to be the coolest we have seen this season by next week, but we are still watching that next system closely.
We could see some sprinkles of rain Friday. The best chance of rain will be saved for areas east of Tucson, including Cochise and Graham counties.
