NWFD launches Mustache Madness Competition for Movember | Local News

TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) — The Northwest Fire District is excited to announce the launch of its Mustache Madness competition, a fun-filled event that celebrates both tradition and camaraderie.

As part of this Movember initiative, firefighters will showcase their facial hair skills in a lighthearted contest that also raises awareness for men’s health issues.

The Movember movement, which focuses on men’s health, is a natural fit for the district, which is dedicated to supporting both the physical and mental well-being of its members.

The Mustache Madness competition will run all week long.

Participants can view photos of the contestants and vote for their favorite mustache in the comments section on NWFD’s social media. For those who prefer to vote anonymously, a poll will be available on the Northwest Fire District’s social media stories starting Wednesday.

Votes will be tallied throughout the week, and the winner will be crowned the ultimate mustache champion on Friday.
