Who will benefit from Arizona’s Proposition 311?

Proposition 311, also known as the Back The Blue Act, was passed overwhelmingly by voters in Arizona. The measure establishes a benefit to the spouse or children of fallen first responders, but not all families of fallen first responders will benefit. FOX 10’s Lindsey Ragas explains.
