Tucson’s Office of the Medical Examiner gets new digs



Dr. Greg Hess, Pima County’s chief medical examiner, discussing the new autopsy suite Wednesday while giving a tour of the department’s new 34,000 square-foot facility. Work on the facility started in November 2022 and cost about $45 million. Hess says he hopes to be fully moved in by the end of the year.
