Dozens still missing after Hurricane Helene



More than 90 people are still unaccounted for in North Carolina nearly two weeks after Hurricane Helene. Thousands more still don’t have power or water in rural areas. FEMA says it’s working overtime to help communities in the state, and officials say this will be a long and expensive recovery.
