The University of Arizona Police Department will be holding a press conference in connection with the arrest of Ryan Romero-Encinas at 10 a.m.

Romero-Encinas was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of shooting 19-year-old Minhaj Jamshidi on the University of Arizona campus Sunday night.
