The body of a man was found inside a crashed vehicle Monday on Tucson’s east side, authorities say.
About 5 p.m., Pima County Sheriff’s Department deputies answered a call about a single-vehicle crash near South Old Spanish Trail and East Saguaro Crest Place, the department said Tuesday in a news release.
The body of Adrian Barnes, 42, was found inside.
The initial investigation shows Barnes was driving north on Old Spanish Trail when the vehicle veered off the road and drove down an embankment, the release said.
Barnes was not wearing a seatbelt, the release said.
The investigation continues.
